Everyone's favorite zip code is BACK! 90210 is returning to television this fall and everyone is paying attention. A quick pitch and an even faster pick-up was all it took to get the ball quickly rolling for the CW Network. The new 90210 has found a full launch for fall and the promos have started early, as in this week.
The spin-off still features the lives of students at West Beverly High School, and it even appears to follow a similar make-up of the original. A couple of teens come to the bright, exciting, and unknown world of Beverly Hills from a small place in Kansas. They have to make new friends and learn to fit in with the tanned, fabulous, and turbulently rich California crowd. Other similarities are also showing up early, such as a journalistic student and the spoiled rich girl who stirs up trouble. Another little gem came when Jennie Garth signed on to reprise her role of Kelly Taylor, who is rumored to have returned as a school guidance counselor (no news yet if other original cast members will return or make guest appearances). One thing's for sure, the new show promises to be sexy, fun, and of course, dramatic!

It looks like parents-to-be Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz, and Jessica Alba & Cash Warren all decided to get hitched!
Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz' Weekend Wedding

Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz married in a private ceremony this past Saturday evening. "We're delighted to confirm that Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were
married this evening in front of family and close friends," said their
spokesperson.
According to People.com, the bride wore an ivory lace wedding gown by Monique Lhuillier and jewels by William Noble. The couple said "I do" in front of 150 guests at Ashlee's parents' home in Los Angeles. Ashlee's dad Joe Simpson performed the ceremony and big sister Jessica stood in as Maid of Honor. The wedding was a dream come true for Simpson, complete with an Alice in Wonderland themed reception. The first wedding photos can be seen on People.com.
The happy couple is expecting their first child together and have only been engaged for a month.
Jessica Alba & Cash Warren Tie the Knot

People.com is confirming that Jessica Alba and Cash Warren quietly married on Monday around noon. According to a source, they were married in the Beverly Hills courthouse's ceremony room. Alba wore a long blue dress with her hair casually pulled back into a ponytail, while Warren sported a white shirt and brown pants. Reports say that no one but the couple attended the ceremony.
Alba is set to give birth to the couple's first child this summer and the two have been engaged since last December. Many are speculating that the couple chose to get married on Monday knowing that much of the attention would be on Ashlee Simpson and her weekend nuptials. Alba may have also known that the tabloids would be busy and unsuspecting, as they work to complete their issues and get them to print each Monday. Smart thinking Jessica!
Tis the season of Season Finales. One in particular has caught my eye ... Gossip Girl ended its season last night and, of course, I have to throw my two cents in. Hearts were broken, hearts were mended, hearts said good-bye, and some hearts reverted to their natural states. I won't spill all the beans in case you haven't seen it yet. Even though we may not be happy with how some of the relationships were left, the writers at least wrapped it up into a neat little package without any major cliffhangers. All the characters lives were thoroughly explored and we at least know what the initial plan is for all their summer vacays.

I do have to say that I thought the way they ended or wrapped up Georgina's story was entirely unsatisfactory. I was so hoping to keep her in the picture for some more mayhem, and I thought that there were so many other options to explore with her character. Oh-well!
On to the wedding, or more importantly, the wardrobe of the wedding. I was loving it all and it was definitely hard to choose a favorite look, but I finally decided that Serena's Ralph Lauren dress was super fabulous. Blair's shorter dress was also gorgeous, but if I had to choose which one would grace my closet, it would definitely be Serena's. Take a look below at some sneak peak moments from the season finale and then steal Serena's look below!
All I can say is that I'm definitely going to miss the fashionable girls of the Upper East Side over the summer...
Moments from the Gossip Girl Season Finale (in case you missed it)
Maroon 5 and Rihanna have come together to create their new song "If I Never See Your Face Again." The video is definitely fun and obviously expensive-looking, but I don't know if the whole effect is a great one. Rihanna looks gorgeous (as always) and does a number of costume changes which are all fab. Maroon 5, and especially their frontman Adam Levine, doesn't stray from their signature moves and sounds, which works very well for them. Still, I'm not sure if I like the overall sound and lyrics of the song or the overall feel of the music video. Take a look and then ring it with your own thoughts!
